Welcome and Preliminary Work

Welcome!

Each of us is searching for meaning in our life. We all desire to feel safe, satisfied, Supported, and whole. We want to create abundance in our friendships, relationships, careers, experiences, and finances. But, to do that, we must look in the mirror and see our real reflection. We must be brave so we can stare at our inner self and accept our humanness (including our strengths and frailties). We must be bold so we can tackle difficult and hurt feelings that are harbored deep inside. We must believe our self-worth is infinite and the possibilities that exist for us are limitless. This six-week course will help you learn more about who you truly are. With that wisdom will come the gifts you need to create a more extraordinary life! Be Brave, Be Bold, Be aBeliever… Remember, you own your dreams! This course is your personal opportunity to master what matters most and make it happen!

Preliminary work:

Please answer the following questions as candidly as possible. You will be given the chance to share your thoughts during the introductory call but that is totally up to you. These answers are for your personal growth and development so do not feel the need to embellish or state anything that is not authentic to your core identity. Leave yourself plenty of time to complete this task and try to be in a place that is quiet and free of distractions.

1) Why did you decide to take this course and what do you want to get out of it?

2) When was the last time you felt like your best self? What was that like? What specifically made you feel that way?

3) What part of your life is a struggle? What specifically is making it feel stuck in some way?

4) When was the last time you did something unexpected for yourself? What was it? How did you feel afterwards?

5) What does your ideal life look like? Make a list of the things that align with that vision.

6) What do you deserve more of in life? What do you deserve less of in life?

7) What do you need help with to make your life more extraordinary?
